We collect only what we need to take and run your booking:

• Booking details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address, the car, the dates and times, the pick-up place, the occasion and any notes you write.
• Partner accounts: the company name, the contact person and the email address used to log in.
• Payment details we keep: the invoice number, the amount, the status and the payment method used. You enter card or account details on the payment provider’s page only, and they never reach our servers.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure, to limit abuse and to fix problems.

• To check availability and prepare your booking and the car.
• To confirm your booking, send your invoice and contact you about it by WhatsApp or email.
• To take your payment and to prevent fraud.
• To keep the website and our system secure and working.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

This website uses one small cookie to remember the language you chose. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

While you book, your browser keeps your unfinished choices (car, dates, details) on your own device so you do not lose them if you refresh the page. The private link of a booking is kept in the same way. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when it is needed to provide the service:

• Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• The company that delivers our emails, when email sending is switched on.
• WhatsApp, when you message us there. WhatsApp has its own privacy rules.
• The travel agent or partner you booked through, who can see their own bookings.
• Technical service providers that host and protect this website.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep booking, invoice and payment records for as long as we need them to provide the service, to answer questions or settle disputes, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.

Each booking page is opened with a private link. Card and account details are handled only by the payment provider. Access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it, and important actions in our system are recorded in an audit log.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it where the law gives you that right. Write to us using the details above. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may have to keep some records because the law requires it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
