Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every booking you make with Marvia Classic Car Rental Bali (“we”, “us”). By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation and Refund Policy and our Booking and Payment Policy.

We rent classic cars for weddings, photo and film shoots, events and other occasions in Bali. Every rental includes a professional chauffeur. Each car has its own minimum rental time, shown when you choose the car and again when you check availability.

A booking is for one car, a start time, an end time and an area. When you check availability we include the time the car needs to travel to your area and to be prepared, so a time shown as available is a time we can deliver.

Online bookings must start at least 1 hour from now and can be made up to 18 months ahead. One online booking can last up to 14 days. For urgent requests or longer rentals, please contact us.

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The price of your booking is calculated by our system from the car, the dates and times and the extras you choose, and it is shown before you pay. Your browser cannot change it.

Online payment is made on the secure payment page of our payment provider. A booking is confirmed only after our system has verified the payment. See the Booking and Payment Policy for details.

Travel agents and other partners with an invoice agreement are reserved straight away and pay by invoice, as agreed with us.

• Give us correct names, contact details and booking details.
• Be ready at the agreed place and time, and tell us as early as you can about any change.
• Treat the car with care and follow the chauffeur’s reasonable instructions.
• Do not misuse the website, interfere with how it works or use automated tools to make bookings.

You can ask to change or cancel a booking at any time. What applies depends on how far ahead you ask. The rules are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If you need extra time on the day, tell your chauffeur or message us. If the car is free afterwards we can extend the booking and the extra hours are added to your invoice. If another booking follows, we will help you find a solution.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and the service available, but we cannot promise that the website will always be free from errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.

If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as you can and include your booking number. We will do our best to settle the matter by talking it through with you. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
